合成绝缘子检测机具的研制

摘　　要：为适应超高压远距离输电线路在线检测的要求,通过了解国内外合成绝缘子在线检测的现状及超高压电力工具的发展,归纳带电作业工具的使用及性能要求,总结现场带电作业工具存在的问题。开发研制了一种新型、实用的自动检测机具。旨在将传统的人工检测过程由自动化的机器替代,达到提高检测效率、减轻工人劳动强度的目的。检测机具配合电场测试仪,形成完整的检测系统,实现了在线检测合成绝缘子的目标。制造样机进行速度测量试验、带电检测试验及现场应用试验,论证了加工制造的可行性及工程的实用性。High--voltage and leng--distance transmission line put greator demand to run safely of electric power system. Because of the particularity of the structure capability and aging mechanism, the way to test the composite insulator is rest on by hand and line-off phase. The use and performance demand for electrification task instrument and problems existed in it are learned by knowing about the existing process and the development home and abroad. The instrument of electrifieation task for composite insulator has been developed in order to adapt to the development of High--voltage and long-distance transmission line. The instrument has substituted the manual work in the traditional process; realized the on-line electrification measure in deed; increased the efficiency of measure and decreased the work intensing. Design of the speed controller and insulation sleeve are mainly studied. The veracity of the examination are mainly argued during regulation. The feasibility are proved by on-line examination. The portability, practicability and agility are fully considered. The whole device can replace manual work entirely. It is a very useful tool for inspecting composite insulators of a transmission line.
