摘 要:[目的]探明氮肥对甜高粱生长发育的影响。[方法]以醇甜2号为试材,设5个氮肥用量处理,研究氮肥用量对甜高粱光合特性、糖分积累及产量的影响。[结果]拔节期甜高粱的光合作用随着施氮量的增加呈增强趋势,拔节期后其光合作用随施氮水平提高呈先增强再降低的趋势。甜高粱糖分积累和产量随施氮水平的提高均呈先升高后降低的趋势,以施氮量为225kg/hm2处理的效果最好,其次是150、300和75kg/hm2,不施氮的效果最差。回归分析结果表明,施氮对甜高粱成熟期锤度、茎杆产量、籽粒产量的效应均可较好地用二次曲线回归方程进行拟合(P<0.0001)。[结论]氮肥对甜高粱的光合作用有明显调节作用,对茎杆糖分含量有一定影响。甜高粱茎杆和籽粒产量在施氮量为225kg/hm2时最高。[Objective] The aim of the research was to prove up the effects of N fertilizer on the growth and development of sweet sorghum. [Method] With Chuntian 2 as tested materials, 5 treatments of nitrogen fertilizer rate were set up to study the effects of N application rate on the photosynthetic characteristics, sugar accumulation and yield of sweet sorghum. [Result] The photosynthesis of sweet sorghum showed a strengthening trend with the increasing of nitrogen rate in jointing stage. After the jointing stage, the photosynthesis showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of nitrogen application rate. Both sugar accumulation and the yield of sweet sorghum showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increment of N application rate. The effect of the treatment with N application rate of 225 kg/hm^2 was best, followed by that of 150, 300 and 75 kg/hm^2 and that of no N application was worst. The regression analysis results showed that the effect of applying nitrogen on the brix in mature period, stem yield and grain yield of sweet sorghum could be well fitted with quadratic curve regression equation (P〈0.000 1 ). [Conclusion] Nitrogen fertilizer had an obvious regulation on the photosynthesis of sweet sorghum and had certain effect on sugar content of stem. The yield of stem and grain in sweet sorghum was highest when the N application was 225 kg/hm^2.
