摘 要:[目的]探索不同浓度赤霉素对冬枣叶片叶面积与比叶重的影响。[方法]采用叶面积仪和烘干法,对施用不同浓度赤霉素后的冬枣叶面积与比叶重变化进行了测定。[结果]20、40mg/L赤霉素处理对冬枣叶片叶面积增长有促进作用,其中40mg/L处理效果最好,与对照差异极显著。60、80mg/L处理则降低了冬枣叶片叶面积的增长速度和幅度,其中80mg/L赤霉素处理效果最明显。就赤霉素对比叶重的影响而言,影响效果不明显,处理后1~7d,比叶重上升,40mg/L处理高于其他处理和对照,但差异不显著,80mg/L处理则低于对照,但差异也不显著。随后各处理和对照经过不同幅度的下降后,最终各处理与对照数值相近。[结论]20、40mg/L的低浓度赤霉素处理显著提高了冬枣叶面积的增长速度,而各浓度赤霉素处理对叶片比叶重的影响不明显。[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of Gibberellin (GA3) on leaf area and specific leaf weighit of leaves of Zizyphus jujube cv. Dongzao tress. [Method] By using leaf area meter and stoving method, the changes of the leaf area and specific leaf weight of leaves of Zizyphus jujube cv. Dongzao tress treated with different concentration GA3 were studied. [Result] GA3 treatment of 40 mg/L and 20 mg/L played an important role in boosting Zizyphus jujube cv. Dongzao tress leaves leaf area growth, and 40 mg/L had very significant differences. On the contrary ,60 mg/L and 80 mg/L treatment reduced the leaf area growth and margins, and 80 mg/L GA3 treatment had the most obvious effect. As far as the effect of GA3 on the specific leaf weight was concerned ,the effect was not apparent, and after treated 1-7 days, 40 mg/L treatment was higher than contrast, but the difference was not significant. 80 mg/L treatment was less than contrast ,and the difference was not significant too. After different degree of drop ,all treatments were similar to contrast ultimately. [Conclusion] GA3 treatment of 40 mg/L and 20 mg/L played an important role in boosting Zizyphus jujube cv. Dongzao tress leaves leaf area growth, but the effects of GA3 on the specific leaf weight were not apparent.
