摘 要:[目的]比较2种耐旱植物日耗水变化,为干旱地区推广试种提供一定的理论依据。[方法]在不同水分梯度下,测定了岷江柏幼苗和尾叶桉幼苗的日蒸腾强度、土壤湿度日变化、叶片相对含水量、水分饱和亏缺、饱和叶片失水速率等指标,以研究岷江柏、尾叶桉的相对抗旱性。[结果]不同水分梯度下岷江柏和尾叶桉的日蒸腾强度呈"双峰"曲线;随着土壤水分的增大,岷江柏和尾叶桉的日蒸腾强度呈增大趋势,叶片绝对含水量和相对含水量呈增大趋势,饱和叶片的失水量呈下降趋势;在同一水分梯度下,尾叶桉的日蒸腾强度、饱和叶片失水量均比岷江柏高。[结论]岷江柏比尾叶桉具有更强的保水性和抗旱性,更适合在干旱环境下种植。[Objective] By comparing the diurnal fluctuation of water consumption of two drought -tolerant plants, theoretical basis was offered for these plants growing in the arid areas. [Method] Indices of Cupressus ehengiana S.Y.Hu and Eucalyptus urophylla S.T.Blake were detected under different water gradients, including transpiration intensity of diurnal fluctuation, soil moisture of diurnal fluctuation, relative water content of leaves, water deficit and water loss rate of saturated leaves, in order to study the relative drought resistance of Cupressus ehengiana S.Y.Hu and Eucalyptus urophylla S.T.Blake.[Result] Transpiration intensities of diurnal fluctuation of Cupressus chengiana S.Y.Hu and Eucalyptus urophylla S.T.Blake at different moisture gradient demonstrated to be bimodal curves mathematically. As soil moisture increasing, transpiration intensity on diurnal fluctuation tended to swell, so did the absolute water content and the relative water content of leaves, but water loss of saturated leaves decreased. And under the same moisture gradient, transpiration intensity on diurnal fluctuation of Eucalyptus urophylla S.T.Blake was higher than that of Cupressus chengiana S.Y.Hu, so was the water loss of saturated leaves. [Conclusion] It could be concluded that Cupressus chengiana S.Y.Hu was more suitable to be planted in drought areas than Eucalyptus urophylla S.T.Blake, as it had stronger moisture retention and greater drought resistance.
