摘  要:[目的]了解几个水稻光温敏核不育系的特征特性和开花习性。[方法]在南宁自然栽培条件下,观察、分析香125S、安湘S、培矮64S、贺S共4个光温敏核不育系的特征特性和开花习性。[结果]4个光温敏核不育系的生育期由短到长依次为:香125S、安湘S、培矮64S、贺S;农艺性状各不相同且各有优势;育性表现均较好,不育花粉以典败为主,不育性稳定,花粉不育率高;开花时间较长,花时高峰明显,基本集中在10:00~11:00,午前开花百分率高;除香125S外,其他光温敏核不育系柱头外露率均达80.0%以上;张颖时间长,颖尖距离大,张颖角度较大;柱头生命力除香125S保持5d外,其他3个光温敏核不育系均能保持6d。[结论]该研究为香12S等4个光温敏核不育系在南宁的生产应用提供了参考依据。[Objective] The research aimed to understand the characteristics and the flowering habits of rice photo--thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) lines. [Method] Under natural cultivation conditions of Nanning, the characteristics and flowering habits of 4 PTGMS lines including Xiang125S, AnxiangS, Pei'ai 64S and He S were observed and analyzed. [Result] The growth period of 4 PTGMS lines from short to long were as follows: Xiang125S, AnxiangS, Pei'ai 64S and He S. The agronomic traits of 4 PTGMS lines were different and each line had its advantage. The fertility performance was all better, the sterile pollens were mainly typic power sterile. The sterility was stable and the sterile rate of pollen was high. The blooming time was longer, the summit of blooming time was obvious, concentrating basically from 10:00~11:00 a.m. The forenoon flowering percentage was high. Except Xiang 125 S, stigma exsertion rate of other PTGMS lines all reached more than 80%, with long opening glume, great glume tip interval and opening angle. Expected that the stigma vitality of Xiang 125 S could maintained for 5 d, other 3 PTGMS lines all could maintain 6 d. [Conclusion] The research provided the basis for the application of rice photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines.
