青刺果多糖对鸡血清抗体和血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨饲喂青刺果多糖对鸡血清抗体和血液生化指标的影响。[方法]分别采用400和800mg/kg的青刺果多糖饲喂7日龄鸡(设对照组),研究青刺果多糖对鸡血清抗体水平和血液生化指标的影响。[结果]与对照组相比,21日龄时青刺果多糖480mg/kg组中鸡IgM含量极显著增加;28日龄时IgG和IgM含量显著增加;各项血液生化指标与对照组相比均无显著差异。[结论]青刺果多糖能明显提高鸡的血清抗体含量,增强鸡的免疫力,可作为免疫增强剂。[Objective] The aim of the research is to discuss the effects of Prinsepia utilis Rogle polysaeeharide on the serum antibodies and blood biochemical indices in chicken. [Method] Seven-day-old chicken were fed with 400 and 800 mg/kg P. utilis polysaeeharide and a control group was set up to study the effects of P. utilis polysaeeharide on the serum antibodies level and blood biochemical indices in chicken. [Result] Compared with control group, IgM content in 21 -day -old chicken in the group of feeding 480 mg/kg P. utilis polysaeeharide extremely significantly increased and the contents of IgG and IgM in 28 -day -old chicken significantly increased. Each blood biochemical index had no significant difference with control group. [Conclusion] P. utilis polysaeeharide could obviously increase the blood antibodies content in chicken and strength the chicken＇s immunity. So it could be used as an immunopotentiator.
