摘  要:[目的]筛选提取总黄酮的最佳条件。[方法]黄芩粉碎后,经过不同处理,研究不同因素对萃取液吸光度的影响。[结果]以60%乙醇作萃取剂的提取效率最高,浸泡时间越长,吸光度值越小。超声处理30min时,萃取液在各波长下的吸光度值均最高。吸光度值随料液比值增大而增大。从30~50℃时,黄芩萃取液的吸光度值均随温度升高而增大,但当温度升高至60℃时,吸光度值已无太大变化,甚至出现下降。二次萃取的吸光度值仅相当于一次萃取的10%。超声波萃取法优于索氏提取法。[结论]超声萃取黄芩中总黄酮的最佳提取条件是:萃取剂为60%的乙醇水溶液,料液比1∶50(g/ml),50℃萃取30min。[Objective] The objective of the research was to screen out optimum condition of extracting total flavonoids, [Method] After Scutellaria was crushed, the effects of different factors on absorbance of extraction liquids through different treatments were studied. [Result] The extract efficiency was highest when using 60% alcoh as extractant. The longer of soaking time was, the smaller of absorbance value was. The absorbance values of extraction liquids were all highest at different wave length when the ultrasonic treatment was for 30 min, The absorbance was increased with the increment of the ratio of material and liquor. From 30 to 50℃, the absorbance value of Scutellaria extraction liquids was increased with the rising of the temperature. But when the temperature was above 60 %, the absorbance was increased slightly, even was decreased. The absorbance value of 2nd time extraction was only 10% of 1st time, The extraction effect of ultrasonic waves was better than that of soxhlet extraction. [Conclusion] The optimum condition extracting total flavonoids from Scutellaria using ultrasonic method was forllows: taking 60% alcoh water solution as extractant, the ratio of material and liquor of 1:50 (g/ml) and extracting at 50℃ for 30 min.
