摘 要:[目的]探索红茂草的合理采收期。[方法]取不同生长时期的红茂草,根叶分开洗净、烘干、粉碎后,用醇溶法提取不同器官中的生物碱,在210nm波长下测定OD值,计算生物碱含量。[结果]红茂草叶片中的生物碱含量最高,根仅次之,二者无显著差异。同一生长期根与叶片的生物碱含量差异不显著;不同生长期叶片中生物碱含量差异不显著,根中和全草中的生物碱含量差异极显著。盛花期、结荚期根中的生物碱含量最低,为3.84%,初花期、枯死期最高,为5.92%。初花期叶片中生物碱含量最高,为6.36%,枯死期最低,为5.56%。初花期的全草生物碱含量最高,为6.14%。[结论]初花期为红茂草最佳采收期。[Objective] The study aimed to explore the optimal harvest period of D. Leptopodum Feade. [Method] After D. Leptopodum was taken in different growth period, the root and leaf were separated, washed, dried and crushed. Alkaloid was extracted with ethanol fi'om different organs and the OD value was measured at wave length of 210 nm. Then the content of alkaloid was calculated. [Result] The content of alkaloid in leaf was highest and that in root was higher. There was no significant difference between them. In the same growth period, the content of alkaloid in root and leaf has no significant difference. The content of alkaloid in leaf had no significant difference among different growth period, but that in root and whole plant had an extremely significant difference. The content of alkaloid in root was least (3.84%) in full opening flower stage and pod bearing stage and that was highest (5.92%) in early blooming stage and death stage period. The content of alkaloid in leaf was highest (6.36%) in early blooming stage and least (5.56%) in death stage. The content alkaloid of total plant was highest (5.92%) in early blooming stage. [Conclusion] Early blooming stage was the optimal time to harvest D. Leptopodum.
