摘　　要：[目的]通过对雨雪冰冻天气过程对农业生产影响的调研,全面认识其对农业生产的影响,为以后防御同样的灾害积累经验。[方法]采用社会调查和统计分析方法。[结果]雨雪冰冻天气,危害农业设施,造成严重冻害,引起生育期推迟,影响产量和品质。[结论]要加强对灾害性天气的监测预警能力和农业防灾减灾基础设施建设,全面提升抗灾能力,才能保证农业可持续发展。[Objective] Fully understand the impact of frozen rain and snow weather on agricultural production on the basis of investigation ,this will accumulate experience for defensing the same disaster in future. [Method] The mathematics statistic, contrast analysis and societal investigation were used. [Result]The results showed that the weather process of rain and snow and freeze brought harmed to agro-establishment, caused the serious damage and reproductive period would be postponed, effecting the yield and quality. [Conclusion]The disaster prevention, monitoring and warning was the pledge of enhancing ability of resisting natural calamities and the sustainable development of agriculture.
