摘　　要：应用人机对话技术、PLC和全数字直流调速器,对老式机械传动的合绳机进行改造。现代直流调速技术和计算机智能控制技术能精确地实现牵引电机和线架电机按一定转速比运行,收线张力按生产工艺要求设定并恒张力控制,最大限度地简化了传动机构,有效降低设备故障率,提高设备的综合性能。Applying interactive interface, PLC and full digital DC speed adjusting system to update old mechanical closer.. Modern DC speed adjusting technologies and computer intelligent control technologies allow both motors of pulling capstans and wire cages run accurately in given speed to meet productive requirements, the system can provide pulling force controlled to achieve constant pulling force to meet productive needs, maximally to simplify drive outfit and lower equipment failure rates, improve the comprehensive performance of equipment.
