摘　　要：针对医院引进的各类先进医疗设备,在医院综合管理的基础上,对设备管理人员从思想素质、业务能力、学习深造、团队精神、广泛交流和追踪技术等6个方面提出了加强素质建设的方法。According to the general hospital management,six methods about intensifying quality-oriented construction are put forward for the staff in charge of medical equipment management,including the ideology,technical ability,further learning,teamwork,frequent intercommunion,following advanced technology and so on.
