罗格列酮联合二甲双胍对Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨马来酸罗格列酮和二甲双胍联合用药对II型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法:观察40例II型糖尿病患者治疗前和治疗12周后两组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG),空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、甘油三酯,监测肝肾功能。结果:治疗12周后与治疗前比较,FBG、PBG、FINS、IRI、甘油三酯水平明显下降,肝肾功能无损害。结论:罗格列酮与二甲双胍联用治疗II型糖尿病疗效确切,与单独用药相比可显降低血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻胰岛β细胞负荷,使胰岛β细胞功能得到部分改善。Objective To discuss the effect of the combination therapy of maleat rosiglitazone and metformin for type Ⅱ diabetes treatment.Methods 40 cases of type Ⅱ diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups.The fasting blood glucose（FBG）,PBG,fasting insulin（FINS） and the insulin resistance index（IRI） and blood lipids were observed and liver and kidney functions were monitored both before treatment and after treatment of 12 weeks.Results Comparing the effect of test group to that of the control one,FBG,PBG,FINS,IRI and blood lipids levels decreased,without the damage of liver and kidney functions.Conclusion The effect of the combination of rosiglitazone and metformin is obviously better than single use of the drug.The former can significantly reduce the level of blood glucose,increase insulin resistance,reduce the load of islet β-cell and partly improve the function of β-cell.
