摘　　要：人文资源已经成为经济发展中的重要资源,而对于人文资源的研究还处于起步阶段,特别是对人文资源作为经济资源的研究甚少。应当迅速建立人文资源经济学,认真研究人文资源的产生、发展、变化及其规律,研究人文资源对于经济发展的作用和意义,研究人文资源对于人类本身的意义。文章论述了人文资源经济学建立的必要性、可能性、学科特点和主要论题。Humane resource has become one of important resources for the economic development,nevertheless,the research on the humane resource is at the early stage,especially,as a part of economic resource.Human being should rapidly establish humane resource economics and have a further study on the generation,development,transformation and regulation of humane resource,on its function and significance for economic development,and on the significance for human being.This paper discusses the necessity,possibility,features and main theses on the establishment of humane resource economics.
