摘  要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锐钛矿型纳米TiO2,研究了合成催化剂反应条件对光催化降解含油废水中聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的影响。确定了最佳反应条件分别为:煅烧温度在500℃时,光催化活性达到最高,随着煅烧温度的升高,催化剂晶型从锐钛矿向金红石型转化,转型温度为600℃,有金红石型晶体出现时催化活性降低;最佳老化时间约为1 d;随着醇用量的增加,制备出来的TiO2其光催化活性也逐渐升高,当V(钛酸丁酯)∶V(醇)=10:80时,催化剂活性最高,继续增加,催化活性降低;随着水量的增加催化活性增强,当V(钛酸丁酯)∶V(水)=100:40时,制备出的TiO2催化活性最大,继续增加催化活性下降。Anatase nanocrystallin TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method. The conditions of synthesis catalyst was studied according to effect of photocatalytic degrading polyacrylamide solution of oil-containing waste. The best reaction conditions were gained: when calcination temperature is 500℃, catalytic activity achieved high,along with calcination temperature elevating, the catalyst crystal transforming from the anatase to the rutile, the reforming temperature is 600℃, and when there is rutile in the crystal catalytic activity reduce; The aging time is about 1 day; Along with ethanol increasing, catalytic activity of TiO2 gradually elevates,when ratio of Ti(OBu)4 and alcohol is 10:80,catalytic activity is highest, continuing to increase alcohol catalytic activity decreasing. Along with increasing water cata-lytic activity strong, when ratio of Ti(OBu) 4 and water is 100: 40, catalytic activity of TiO2 is biggest, continuing to increase water catalytic activity decreasing.
