摘 要:制备了4种不同载体的铁基催化剂,分别是铁基层状粘土催化剂,白炭黑负载铁催化剂,L沸石负载铁催化剂,以及硅胶负载铁催化剂。对这4种催化剂分别用比表面积测定、XRD和SEM进行表征,并分别在FT合成条件为0.5 MPa,270℃,合成气V(H2)∶V(CO)=2:1,合成气流量为40SCCM的条件下,在连续搅拌釜式反应器中反应6h,收集液相产物,比较了不同载体铁基催化剂液相产物的碳数分布。初步论证了不同载体结构对FT合成产物的选择性有重要的作用,为工业生产中提高某种产物的选择性提供参考。Four kinds of iron-based catalysts were prepared, they are iron clay catalyst, iron loaded powdered silicon dioxide catalyst,iron loaded I, zeolite catalyst and iron loaded silica gel catalyst. The four catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET and SEM. The conditions of FT synthesis are 0.5 MPa,270℃,V(H2)/V(CO)=2:1,air current 40SCCM,FT synthesis was done for 6 h in a continuous stirred bed reactor,then the liquid product is collected. The carbon distribution of the liquid product of the four iron-based catalyst with different carrier was compared. It is found that the carrier structure played an important part in the selectivity of FT synthesis liquid product. It provides some references for improving the selectively of some products.
