摘　　要：农业上市公司的发展能力对保护广大投资者利益以及提高农业上市公司自身素质具有积极意义。从"差异驱动"原理出发,对由农业上市公司成长性指标值构成的时序立体数据表给出了综合评价模型。分析表明,农业上市公司的成长性水平主要取决于主营业务的增长能力,多元化经营战略应量力而行。The study on the agricultural enterprises＂ growth is very important for protecting the investors＂ interest and improving the performance of these companies. According to the principle of ＂variance drive＂, the paper introduces a comprehensive evaluation model showing the growth of agricultural listed companies based on time series stereodata list. The result shows that their growth is based on the growth of their major operation. Multi - industry stratagem must be done according to their abilities.
