摘　　要：中央电视台新台址项目钢结构施工使用的大型动臂式塔机M1280D(2450tm)顺利安装,创造了国内民用建筑安装超大型塔机的记录,刷新了FAVCO公司M1280D塔机安装速度最快的纪录。本文介绍了M1280D塔机的安装过程,以供类似工程参考。The CCTV New Headquarters structure contains two similar tower,1# tower and 2# tower,with different scale heights at 234m and 194m.There are a 14-floor cantilever construction,a 10-floor podium building and a 3-floor basement connect the two towers.To accomplish the hoisting of construction materiel,two tower cranes are set for each tower,with the model of M1280D and M600D.
