摘  要:以尽量维持河道径流的天然特征为出发点,提出了水库面向下游生态环境的长期调度控泄边界条件,并结合径流特征与河道生态的定性关系给出了调度效果的评价方法。以常规水电站为实例,分别设置了按不考虑河道生态需水控制泄流、按最小生态需水流量控制泄流和尽量维持径流天然丰枯特征控制泄流等三种不同的控泄边界条件对水库进行长期优化调度,对比分析和调度评价结果表明:新的控泄方式能使水库出流过程更接近于天然径流过程,同时对工程的发电效益不会产生大的影响,具有一定的实用价值。This paper presents new boundary conditions of long-term dispatching discharge with reservoir considering downstream ecological environment, in order to maintain the runoff's natural characteristics, and gives an evaluation method of regulation effectiveness in combination with the relation between runoff characteristics and river environment. In this paper, the author takes a water power station as an example, and tried three operation modes in the long term operation including the first one without considering the ecological water demand, the second one controlling its discharge with a minimum ecological water demand and the third one controlling its discharge with the new boundary conditions above-mentioned. After analyzing the runoffs" characteristics variation and evaluating the effect on fluvial ecosystem downstream the project, we could draw a conclusion that new operation mode is the best because its discharge is close to the natural runoff among the three, and no impact on its power generation benefit, so it has certain practical value.
