养老保险制度对提前退休影响的性别差异分析

摘　　要：本文旨在通过对2416份样本的退休数据进行回归分析研究养老保险制度的变革对不同性别的退休者退休选择的影响。文章以1997年的养老保险制度改革为研究对象,通过建立统计模型,估计1997年养老保险制度改革对不同性别的劳动者是否提前退休的影响程度。研究结论表明:养老保险制度改革对男性的退休行为有显著的影响,男性提前退休的概率变化相对于女性要高出8%左右。研究还发现1997年改革使得所有劳动者提前退休的概率下降7.6%左右,表明1997年的改革对提前退休问题的解决具有积极作用。Based on survey data from Shandong Province, this paper focused on the effect of pension plan on sexual different choices in retirement. The 1997 pension reform divided people into two groups: the Aged People who retired before 1997 and the Middle People who started working before 1997 and retired after 1997. By using the Linear Probability Model and the Logistic technique, the effect of pension plan is estimated and it is found that relative to women, men are significant influenced by the 1997 pension reform and the variation in probability of men’s early retirement is 8% higher than women. It is also found that people are 7.6% less likely to early retire due to the 1997 pension reform.
