农工贸一体化企业的供应物流分级库存管理模式研究

摘　　要：农工贸一体化企业因其主生产原料的供应特殊性,其供应物流核心是对库存进行管理和控制。针对传统库存管理仅一级库存的不足,提出适合农工贸一体化企业供应物流的分级库存管理模式,该模式主要优点是将农户纳入供应物流库存控制的链条且各级库存分工明确、协调合作。Because of the particularity of the main production material supply in enterprises integrating agriculture, industry and commerce,their core of supply logistics is management and control of inventory. In the light of the deficiency in the traditional one - level inventory management, a multi -level inventory management model of supply logistics suitable for the enterprises integrating agriculture, industry and commerce is put forward. The main advantages of this model are that farmers are included in inventory control of the logistics supply chain and each level of inventory has clear division of function and coordinate and cooperate with other levels.
