摘  要:为建立桃的高质量遗传图谱,进一步研究桃的遗传标记,获得与桃农艺性状紧密连锁的分子标记以及更多更可靠的数量性状标记(QTLs)打下基础并提供保障,以油桃品种秦光2号和曙光的91株正交F1代为试材,用Join-Map3.0软件的CP作图模型构建了桃的AFLP分子标记遗传连锁图谱。该图谱覆盖桃基因组1034cM,共计122个AFLP标记和2个质量性状标记(核黏离性状Ff和果肉颜色性状Yy)定位于11个连锁群上,连锁群的平均长度为94cM,每个连锁群包含2~23个标记,标记间平均距离为8.34cM。Total of 91 crossed seedlings derived from the cross between Qinguang No. 2 and Shuguang nectarine cultivars were used as materials for establishing a high quality genetic map of nectarine and further studying the genetic markers and obtaining a reliable molecular markers and QTLs controlling important horticultural traits. A linkage map of AFLPs was obtained using JoinMap 03.0 software's CP model. The map was composed of 122 AFLPs and No. 2 morphological traits (flesh adhesion Ff and flesh colour Yy)distributed in 11 linkage groups. The map covered 1 034 cM of the nectarine genome. The average length of linkage group was 94 cM. Each group contained 2 to 23 loci, and the average distance between adjacent loci was 8.34 cM. From the mapping efficiency and the map's covering degree on the genome and the marker density, the linkage map constructed in this study was of enough quality and could be used for further research.
