摘　　要：在文化体制改革与数字网络信息技术不断发展的社会背景下,高校图书馆应加强与出版发行业的联系与沟通,以做好新时代高校图书馆的文献信息资源建设工作。On the reform of the cultural system and the digital network of information technology back- ground, the connection and communication between the publishing industry and university library should be strengthened to consturct literature resources of university library in the new era.
