摘  要:江苏油田在用的CWD-430双波管差压式计量装置存在结构复杂、维护工作量大、计量准确度低等缺点,影响了天然气生产数据的准确录取。引进DCS集散控制系统及高级孔板阀,实施生产工艺系统技术改造,实现了流量、压力、差压、温度信号的自动采集、计算,使计量装置的使用及维护检定更加可靠、简便,提高了天然气生产、计量自动化管理水平。There exist some problems in CWD-430 measuring instruments of double tubes and differential pressure being used in Jiangsu oilfields. They include complicated structure, large quantity of maintenance and low accuracy of measurement, which affect the accuracy of recording natural gas production data. By an introduction to DCS terminal control system and advanced orifice valves, and by an execution of technological reform in production technology system, automatic collection and calculation of flow rate, pressure, differential pressure and temperature signals have been realized, thus making the use and maintenance determination of measuring instruments more reliable and convenient, and finally improving automatic management of natural gas production and measurement.
