摘 要:针对地轮泵穴灌坐水播种机作业过程因水碰撞土壤飞溅造成的穴灌水量不足等问题,对影响穴灌溅水范围的主要因素:机组作业速度、喷水口内径和喷水口安装高度进行了试验研究,分析各因素对溅水范围的影响规律;采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计方法,对3个主要影响因素的最优化组合问题进行研究,利用回归模型结合Matlab软件对影响因素的最优组合、各单因素效应以及双因素效应进行分析。考虑到作业过程溅水的影响将每穴灌水量增加到150 mL(设计值100 mL)进行试验。结果表明:该条件下经参数优化,当喷水口内径取36.22 mm、喷水口安装高度为48.12 mm、机组作业速度为0.67 m/s时,穴湿径为102.50 mm,在机具设计允许范围(80~110 mm)内。Aiming at the water shortage in seed holes due to irrigating water splash during the working of an irrigatingsowing machine, three key factors, working speed water jet diameter and water jet setting height, were studied through test. The correlation between splash area and the factors were analyzed. A quadric regression model was established and the data obtained from the simulation were fitted well with those from the experiments. The responses of the splash area to all three single factors, as well as their mutual interactions, were analyzed . Results show that even if the design volume of irrigating water is as high as 150 mL, when the effect parameters are controlled at water jet diameter 36.22 mm, water jet setting height 48. 12 mm, and working speed 0.67 m/s, the splash area can arrive at 102.50 mm (within the design allowable band).
