油焦浆在回转窑上的应用试验

摘　　要：在回转窑上进行了油焦浆应用试验,对高温氧化铝质量和窑尾废气等进行了系统检测。试验结果表明:油焦浆能象重油一样泵送和雾化、燃烧,不影响高温氧化铝产品质量,试验期间回转窑运行稳定,油焦浆在大型窑炉上应用是可行的。An applied experiment of petro coke residue slurry was carried in a rotary kiln, we carry on systematic examination to the calcined alumina quality and waste gas of kiln tail etc. The experimental result indicated that petro coke residue slurry could be pumped in atomization and combustion as heavy oil, not influence the calcined alumina product quality, the rotary kiln circulated stably in experimental period, the application of petro coke residue slurry is viable on the large kiln or stove.
