摘　　要：该文针对使用传统水表过程中,人工抄表和收费费时费力,可靠性差等缺点,提出了使用非接触式IC卡进行水表收费的方案。该方案具有方便、可靠的优点,并可以大力促进供水的科学管理水平,具有很高的应用与研究价值。详细讨论了方案的设计原理与具体实现。This paper presents a solution by using non- contact smartcard to control water meter, aiming at the shortcoming of human reading meter and charging in water supply system such as expanding more people and more time, low reliability. The solution has advantages of convenience, reliability, and makes for promoting the management of water supply. This project is worth studying and putting to use. This paper discusses the design theory and implement in detail.
