刺五加注射液对骨髓间充质干细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨刺五加注射液对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)增殖的影响。方法体外培养MSC,用四甲基偶氮唑法检测刺五加注射液促进大鼠MSC增殖的作用;用免疫组化法检测MSC细胞的Brdu标记阳性率。结果4种浓度的药液对MSC的增殖作用与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论刺五加注射液有促进MSC增殖的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of eleutheroside injection on the proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs）. Methods MSCs were isolated from rat bone and cultured under same conditions. The proliferation effect of eleutheroside injection on MSCs was detected with MTT and the Brdu marking positive rate of MSCs was detected with immunohistochemical method. Results There were significant difference among four kinds concentration of eleutheroside injection on MSC compared with control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） in vitro. Conclusion eleutheroside can promote the proliferation rate of MSCs.
