摘  要:目的:探讨降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)在婴儿重症肺炎呼衰和婴儿重症肺炎呼衰加心衰患儿的变化。方法:将2002年1月~2006年10月收治的63例重症肺炎根据病情分为呼衰组(重症肺炎合并呼衰)36例,心衰加呼衰组(重症肺炎合并心衰加呼衰)27例。检测两组重症肺炎的PCT和CRP。结果:呼衰组及心衰加呼衰组PCT和CRP均升高,心衰加呼衰组PCT较呼衰组升高明显,两组CRP升高无明显差异。结论:婴儿重症肺炎合并呼衰和重症肺炎合并心衰加呼衰均存在高PCT和CRP状态,心衰加呼衰时患儿PCT高于单纯呼衰患者。Objective: To explore procalcitonin and C -reactive protein (CRP) variety of the infant severe pneumonia respiratory failure and the infants with severe pneumonia with heart and respiratory failure. Methods: 63 cases of infant severe pneumonia patients were distributed to respiratory failure group (36) and heart and respiratory failure group (27) according to state of illness. The procalcitonin and CRP of each group was recorded. Results: The procalcitonin and CRP of each group was increased, and procalcitonin hoist was more obvious in heart and respiratory failure group than that in the respiratory failure group. There was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups. Conclusion: Both the infant severe pneumonia respiratory failure and the infant severe pneumonia with heart and respiratory failure are in high procalcitonin and CRP state. The procalcitonin in the heart and respiratory failure group is higher than that of the respiratory failure group.
