摘　　要：采用外标法测定维生素K2（20）的含量，建立了维生素K2（20）的RP-HPLC测定方法．色谱柱为AgilentZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（150mm×Φ4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇，检测波长为270nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，线性范围为0．04～0．4mg·mL^-1（r=0．9996）．方法操作简便，重现性好，可用于维生素K2（20）的含量测定．A HPLC external standard method for the determination of menatetrenone was established. The column ： Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB- C18 （150 mm ×Φ4.6 mm, 5μm）, mobile phase：methanol, flow rate：1.0 mL·min^- 1, detection wavelength ： 270 nm. Calibrated linear curve of menatetrenone concentratrion was in the range of 0.04--0.4 mg· mL^- 1 （ r = 0. 999 6）. This reliable and reproducible HPLC analysis offers an option in the quality control of menatetrenone.
