摘  要:实验表明,通过制团、固相还原焙烧和磁选方法可将铁精粉中铁的氧化物和镓的氧化物同时还原。在固相还原法最佳条件下,铁的还原率达81.57%,镓的含量为0.007 38%,是原料中镓含量的1.54倍。磁选试验优化结果,产物中镓的含量达0.016%,是原料中镓含量的3.31倍。采用固相还原法处理铁精粉提镓可取得较好的实验效果。Test indicate, iron oxide and gallium oxide of high purity iron ore are reduced simultaneous by making globularity together with bake solid reduction and technique of magnetism selection. In optimal condition of reduce in solid state, iron of reduce rate can reach to 81.57%, Ga content is 0.007 38%, which is 1.54 times as large as that of the raw material Optimize result of magnetism selection, Ga content of producetion can reach to 0. 016%, which is 3.31 times as large as that of the raw material. Deal with high purity iron ore obtained better purpose through way of solid reduction.
