摘  要:通过接枝不同分子量的聚乙氧基侧链、搭配功能性官能团,研究减水剂分子对水泥浆体的分散性、分散保持性、凝结时间、引气性、早期强度的影响规律,为聚羧酸减水剂母夜的多元化发展、功能可控制型设计理论提供依据。实验结果表明,合理的搭配长、短侧链,调整长侧链分子量可实现共聚物分散性和分散保持的可控制性;接枝大分子量的长侧链有.利于警高分散性,接枝短小分子量的长侧链有利于提高分散保持性。通过调整短、长侧链比例,可以将凝结时间廷长1~7h左右,选择不同分子量的MPEA可将初凝时间延长0~2h,终凝时间延长0—3h。调整长侧链分子量可控制共聚物减水剂的引气性;当分子量小于1000时,随MPEA分子量的增加,消孢时间快速下降,当分子量大于1000时,消泡时间随分子量的增加降低缓愕。调整MPEA与MAA的比例可调节C3S早期水化而不影响后期水化,实现早期强度的可控制。Because of excellent dispersibility and holding dispersibility, polyearboxylie acid type water- reducing agent becomes the direction of the development of concrete water - reduce. But scarcity of research on the structures and properties, the product is singular and it's impossible to develop multi -products. In this paper, dispersibility, holding dispersibility, setting time, airentrained performance and early - strength of the polycarboxylic acid type water - reducing agent which is synthesized by different molecular weight of methoxy polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate (MPEA) and methacrylic acid (MAA) have been discussed. The results show that molecular weight of MPEA and the amount of carboxyl ( COO - ) affect the dispersibility and holding dispersibility, the more the amount of carboxyl ( COO - ), the better the holding dispersibility ; the more the molecular weight of MPEA, the better the dispersibility ; the less the molecular weight of MPEA, the better the holding dispersibility. Comparing with control, it can delay the setting time from 1 h to 7h by adding the amount of carboxyl (COO - ) and from 1h to 3h by modulating the molecular weight of MPEA. Choosing different molecular weight of MPEA can control its air - entrained performance, when the molecular weight of MPEA is less than 1000, the defoaming time shortens quickly, when more than 1000, the defoaming time increases slowly. With increasing amount of carboxyl ( COO - ) and molecular weight of MPEA, the ability of restraining initial hydration of C3S strengthens, but it has no effect on later hydration.
