摘　　要：运用数学定量预测技术对我国房地产业的主要影响参数进行建模,通过对历史数据进行处理,建立多个曲线拟合数学模型,并对受国家宏观调控影响比较大的土地开发面积建立相应的线性回归方程,以对2006年以后的房地产土地开发面积进行数学预测,为我国政府建设用土地宏观调控提供参考依据。The main parameters of real estate industry in China are modeled using quantitative prediction technology. Through treating historical data,we establish a multi - curve fitting mathematical model, set up a Iinear regression equation on the development of land area, and mathematically predict the land area for real estate after 2006.
