仙龙颗粒对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨仙龙颗粒的抗炎作用。方法采用弗氏完全佐剂造模,观察该药对大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠关节肿胀度的影响。结果仙龙颗粒仙龙颗粒大、中剂量能显著抑制AA大鼠原发性和继发性关节炎足跖肿胀,降低关节炎指数(AI),与模型对照组比较,统计学差异均非常显著。结论仙龙颗粒仙龙颗粒大、中剂量具有良好的治疗大鼠AA作用,具有较好的抗炎及免疫抑制作用。Objective To study the effects of Xianlong granules on rats＇ adjuvant arthritis. Methods To induce the model of arthritis in rats by Freund＇s complete adjuvant （ FCA ） and detect the changes of articular swelling degree. Results Compared with control group, Xianlong granules could apparently inhibit the pedal swelling and reduce the index of arthritis in both primary and secondary adjuvant arthritis rats. Conclusion The result show that it had a good effect to treat rats＇adjuvant arthritis for Xianlong granules in large and moderate dose.
