摘 要:目的探讨四物汤及其组方中各单味药组方前后的脂溶性化学成分。方法采用索式提取法提取四物汤及其组方各单味药中的脂溶性成分,进行甲酯化处理后用气相色谱/质谱联用技术分离和鉴定其中成分的组成和含量。结果四物汤及其组方单味药熟地、白芍、当归和川芎中分别鉴定出25、38、41、30、51个化合物,分别占总量(不明确)的92.952%、76.093%、87.133%、70.304%、92.708%。结论四物汤及其组方各单味药主要成分均为不饱和脂肪酸类。Objective To discuss the liposoluble constituent of Si-Wu decoction compound . Methods The liposoluble component from Si-Wu decoction and its combined compounds were extracted with petroleum ether by Soxlet extraction. The extracted liposoluble constituents were esterified and analyzed by GC/MS. Results Twenty-five, thirty-eight, forty-one, thirty and fifty-one compounds were identified in Si-Wu decoction and each single of rhizome rehmannia, paeoniae radix, angelica and chuanxiong, which accounted for over 92. 952%, 76. 093% , 87. 133%, 70.304% and 92. 708% of total compounds, respectively. Conclusion Unsaturated fatty acids were the essential components of Si-Wu decoction and its combined compounds.
