摘　　要：目的建立护肝宁胶囊中大黄素的含量检测方法。方法采用HPLC测定大黄素的含量。结果大黄素在0.32-1.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,加样回收率为99.31%,RSD=1.12%。结论本方法专属性强,精密度高,重现性好,可作为护肝宁胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish content determined of Emodin in Huganning capsules. Methods HPLC was used. Results It was a good linearity within the range of 0.32 - 1.6 μg （ r = 0. 999 9） and the addition recoveries were 99.31% with RSD of 1.12%. Conclusion The method was accurate with strong specificity and good reproducibility for the quality control of Huganning capsules.
