摘　　要：目的为蒜炭炮制工艺的优化提供依据。方法分别用传统方法和改良方法进行蒜炭的炮制,对其主要影响因素温度、时间进行量化,通过析因设计实验对主要因素进行考察,最终得出优化工艺。并用两种方法所得炮制品进行家兔敛疮实验的药效学研究。结果通过蒙药专家对炮制品性状的鉴定,最终确定出传统方法100℃-220℃4 h可得到目标炮制品;通过析因实验分析改良方法优化工艺为：马弗炉炮制,温度为400℃,明煅时间控制在1-3 h;药效学实验结果：蒜炭组与空白组相比没能显著缩小溃疡面积。结论以分级性状为指标进行的析因设计实验规范化了蒜炭的炮制工艺;蒜炭单方使用对皮肤切除伤没有明显的敛疮作用。Objective To provide the basis for optimized processing technology of carbonized Garlic clove. Methods The traditional processing technology and the improved processing on Garlic clove carbonized were adopted. At the same time, the main factors of temperature and time were observed through experiments. Results On the grade standard of carbonized Garlic clove characters, the traditional group up to the standard was obtained processing tempreture at 100 ℃ to 220 ℃ for 4h, while improved methods heated in a Muffle Furnace at 400℃ for 1 - 3 h. Conclusion This result provided a reference to the institution for the quality standard of Garlic clove carbonized.
