摘　　要：五卅惨案发生后,梁启超作为一介国士,以维护国家利益为己任,多次向政府和国人痛陈沪案解决方略,提出了一些很有见地的主张,然而非但没有引起政府和国人的重视,反而遭致许多误解。梁启超不以为悔,其拳拳爱国之心表现于字里行间。The May 30th Movement （May 30th, 1925） began when British troops opened fire on Chinese strikers in Shanghai. After China - wide anti - imperialist demonstrations sparked soon, Liang Qi - chao, as a famous scholar who always puts the nation ＇s interests first, has presented his resolutions to the movement several times. His resolutions are full of wisdom and his love to the country, which did not draw any attention of government but led lots of misunderstanding. However, Liang Qi - chao did not show any regrets about his thoughts, from which we can still read his passionate to the motherland.
