摘　　要：ST的SN250是单片ZigBee/802.15.4解决方案,它集成了和IEEE 802.15.4兼容的收发器以及16位XAP2b微处理器。其集成的接收通道滤波允许和现有2.4GHz频段内的其它通信标准如蓝牙和IEEE80 2.11g共存。它所集成的稳压器、VCO、环路滤波器以及功率放大器使得外接元件降到最低。本文给出了SN250的主要特性、应用范围、典型应用电路图,并介绍了一种基于SN250的无线数据终端应用设计。The SN250 is a single-chip solution that integrates a 2.4GHz, IEEE 802.15.4-compliant transceiver with a 16-bit XAP2b microprocessoro The integrated receive channel filtering allows for co-existence with other communication standards in the 2.4GHz spectrum such as IEEE 802.11g and Bluetootho The integrated regulator, VCO, loop filter, and power amplifier keep the external component count lowo This article has given the SN250＇ s principal characteristic, the application scope, the application circuit diagram , and it also has introduced an application design of the wireless DTE using SN250.
