摘　　要：学生教育管理工作是一个系统工程,全文从学生管理工作实践出发,结合体育专业和新时期大学生思想发展的特点,从指导思想、组织建设、情感教育、目标管理和活动组织等方面思考如何实现学生管理工作的系统化和规范化,力求使学生成为德才兼备的优秀体育人才。It was a systematic project to manage students＇ education. This article,based on the practice of students＇ management, and combined the characters of P. E. major students in new stage, put forward on how to make the students＇ management systematized and standardized in order to enable students to become sports talents with outstanding ability and political integrity from the guiding ideology, the organization building, the emotional education, the objectives management, and the activities organization.
