摘　　要：通过对老观坨乡景观风貌规划的总体构架、规划理念及规划方案的解读,探索凸显地域特色的方法和手段,试图寻求一种切实可行的城镇风貌建设方式,实现小城镇景观风貌与社会经济和谐发展。Along with the in-depth development of small town construction, the problem of urban landscape has becoming increasingly prominent. However.,people neglected the shaping of landscape while paying more attention to socio-economic development. Because of this, the quality of environment dropped during the promoting of the socio-economy year by year. Based on the explanation of overall frame, planning concept and planning program of Laoguantuo landscape, the paper explored the methods of highlighting geographic characteristics and tried to find a viable way of small town landscape construction in order to realize the harmonious development of small town landscape and socio-economy.
