摘　　要：论述了哈尔滨工业用地存在的主要问题,并对哈尔滨工业用地进行SWOT分析,探讨适合哈尔滨的工业用地布局模式和适用范围,提出哈尔滨工业用地布局重点发展都市工业用地,旧工业用地和生态工业用地布局,重点发展经济复兴型、生态改造型、保护利用型三种类型的模式,并从中心区、城区、郊区三个方面提出哈尔滨城市工业用地布局发展方向。This paper discussed the major existing problems of Harbin industrial land,and carried out SWOT analysis for this. This paper then probed into the layout pattem and suitable scope of industrial land. So the article suggested that its＇ layout focus on point of development of metropolis industrial land, the old industrial layout concentrated on three kinds of modes, including of economic recovery, the ecological transformation and protecting use type. Finally, from the three aspects of central district, city and suburb, the article brought forward development pattern of industrial land in Harbin.
