摘　　要：分析了大学科技园的科技创新功能,并对大学科技园建设中的科技创新机制进行了论述,认为在大学科技园建设中应从可持续发展机制、管理运行机制、产权关系和分配机制、人才培养机制、创业投资机制、服务运行机制等六个方面进行创新,同时还要重视处理好与政府、依托大学和国家高新区等三个方面的关系。This paper analyzes the function of mechanism of science and technology creativity of college park of science and technology, and then discusses mechanism of science and technology creativity in the construction of college park of science and technology. The author thinks that six innovations should be made in the construction of college park of science and technology, that is, sustainable development, administration operating mechanism,property relations and assignment mechanism,personnel training mechanism;investment of starting new business and service operating mechanism. The construction should also pay attention to three relationships ,that is ,the relationship with government, the relationship with institutions of higher learning and the relationship with national high-tech new district.
