摘　　要：手术常可导致围手术期病人比较剧烈的生理、心理应激反应，并干扰手术与麻醉等医疗活动的顺利实施，从而影响病人的治疗与身心康复。本文重点对围术期病人心理应激因素及其对机体的影响进行了分析和总结，希望在对围术期病人实施针对性心理干预和研究有所帮助。Surgery often result in many changes of physical and psychologica health state of peri - operative patients, and the influence of the patients undergoing anesthesia and operation, and of the patients＇rehabilitation after surgery. The majority is to discuss peri - operative patients＇ physical and psychologica changes which surgical stress result in and the correlative related factors. Which is helpful for psychological intervention during the perioperation.
