护理干预对健康体检人群高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对健康体检人群高脂血症患者血脂影响的效果。方法对102例高脂血症病人进行饮食结构及生活方式评估，根据评估结果进行疾病知识教育、饮食结构及科学生活方式指导。分别于护理干预前、护理干预后6个月调查病人饮食、生活方式、心理状况及血脂水平。结果102例患者生活方式干预前后有显著性差异（P〈0．0001），健康知识和自我保健能力明显提高；总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降均有显著性差异（P〈0．0001）。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平略有升高，但无显著性差异。结论护理干预可明显改善病人饮食结构和生活方式，促使患者血脂达到控制效果。Objective To evaluate effect of nursing intervene on the blood fats of hyperlipemia patient in physical examination. Methods Evaluate the diet structure and the life style of 102 example hyperlipemia patient, according to the appraisal results, the knowledge education, the diet structure and the life style instruction were given. The patient＇s diet, the life style, the psychological condition and the blood fats level were separately investigatived before nursing imervention and 6 momhs after nursing imervention. Results Healthy knowledge and the self - health care ability of 102 patients who were intervented have raised significantly （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . The total cholesterol, the glycerin, the low density lipoprotein cholesterol level drops has the signifieanee differenee （P 〈 0. 001 ） . The high density lipoprotein cholesterol level has the ascension slightly, but has not significant difference. Conclusion Nursing intervention may improve the patient diet structure and the life style obviously, urges the patient blood fats to achieve the control effect.
