摘　　要：目的总结护理经验。方法回顾性分析51例低钾性周期性麻痹施行护理措施的效果。结果51例痊愈出院均未合并并发症。结论施行安全护理措施与保证有效补钾有直接关系；预防护理措施是降低并发症的主要措施。本组病例治疗效果良好，护理配合措施切实可行。Objective To summarize the nursing experience for patients with hypokalomic periodic paralysis. Methods To analyse retrospectively the effect of nursing care for 51 cases with hypolalemic paralysis. Results Those 51 cases all made recoveries and left hospital without complication. Conclusion Safe nursing care ensures effective supply with potassium. Preventive nursing care is primary to reduse complication. The treatments in this group were effective and the cooperation with nursing care was practicable.
