电话随访对人工髋关节置换术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电话随访对人工髋关节置换术后患者髋关节功能康复的影响。方法将80例行人工髋关节置换的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组只在住院期间接受常规护理，观察组除在住院期间接受常规护理外，于出院的第1个月每周、此后每月进行电话随访，持续6个月。并对两组患者在出院当日、术后3个月、6个月分别进行Harris髋关节功能评分。结果两组出院当日Harris评分无显著性差异（P〉0．05），术后3个月、6个月观察组Harris评分均比对照组高，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论电话随访可给予髋关节置换术后患者心理支持，提高其对康复指导的依从性，促进术肢功能康复，提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the affection of manual innominatum joint replacement recovery of patient consultancy after operation visited by calling. Methods 80 cases of patients suffered from manual innominatum joint replacement are divided into the observation group and comparison group with 40 cases of patients each group separately; The comparison group only accepted normal nursing and observation group accepted visiting by calling each week a month except for normal nursing during staying in hospital so as to accept continuous visiting by phone for 6 months afterwards; the patients are assessed by the function of Harris innominatum joint on the day of outward of hospital for 3 months and 6 months after operation for two groups. Results The certain nursing is given at the day of outward of hospital. The Harris assessment for two groups have not remarkable difference （ P 〉 0. 05） at the day of outward of hospital. The Harris assessment for the observation group is higher than the comparison group with remarkable difference （ P 〈 0. 05） after 3 and 6 months. Conclusion The visiting calling can support of the innominatum joint replacement recovery of patient consultancy after operation in mind so as to improve their recovery for guiding in accordance and promotion of recovery of operation and living quality of patients.
