摘  要:测量了γ-辐照对GH33A镍基高温合金蠕变性能影响的蠕变曲线、正电子寿命谱和Doppler展宽谱。结果表明:无镁样品辐照后,塑性提高38.1%,断裂寿命不变,而含镁(0.0045%)样品辐照后,断裂寿命和塑性均下降;辐照的无镁样品经负蠕变后加载,断裂寿命增加9.4%,塑性下降25.6%;辐照的长期时效含镁(0.0054%)样品经负蠕变后再加载,断裂寿命显著增加(48.3%),同时塑性保持不变。The effect of γ irradiation on the creep properties of GH33A, a high temperature Ni base alloy, is investigated Creep curves, positron lifetimes and Doppler broadening spectra are measured The results show that plasticity of the non magnesium sample is greatly increased (38 1%) after irradiation, while the breaking lifetime keeps constant However, both lifetime and plasticity for the Mg containing (0 0045wt%) sample are reduced After negative creep load, lifetime of the irradiated non Mg sample increased (9 4%), but plasticity decreased(25 6%) After irradiation and negative creep load, lifetime of the long aged alloy with Mg content of 0 0054% is increased significantly (48 3%), while plasticity remain unchanged
