摘　　要：使用双能Ｘ射线骨密度吸收仪对选定的年龄范围在１６—５０岁男女上海市民共２１０人进行骨密度正常值的测定。结果表明女性脊椎骨（Ｌ１－Ｌ４）骨矿密度的峰值为１．０２３ｇ／ｃｍ２，处在年龄范围３１—３５岁；男性骨矿密度的峰值为０．９７１ｇ／ｃｍ２，处在２６—３０岁，且其峰值周期持续到４６—５０岁年龄组，进一步的数学统计也得到类似结果。Using Hologic QDR-2000 Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry(DEXA), the BMD determination was performed in 210 selected Shanghai residents of both sexes across the age range of 16—50 In female groups the peak value of the L1-L4 BMD is 1023g/cm2 at the age of 31—35, while in male groups the peak BMD value is 0971g/cm2 and it occurred at the age of 26—30, the peak period lasts till the group aged 46—50 The similar conclusion is also drawn by further statistical treatments of data
