妊娠期外科急腹症的诊断和处理

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期各种常见外科急腹症的临床特点和诊断与处理原则。方法回顾性分析近10a外科和妇产科收治的妊娠期外科急腹症130例的临床资料。结果妊娠期外科急腹症130例,以急性阑尾炎居多,共90例(69.2%)。全组死亡5例,死亡率3.8%。结论急性阑尾炎为妊娠期最常见的外科急腹症。处理妊娠期外科急腹症时,不应因妊娠而改变手术指征,但需同时顾及孕妇和胎儿的安全。[Objective] Discussing the clinic characteristic and the principle of diagnosis and treatment of the common acute abdomen while pregnancy. [Methods] Retrospectively analyze 130 clinic cases which got acute abdomen within recent 10 years. [Results] 90 cases were acute appendicitis（69.2%）.5cases death, mortality 3.8%. [Conclusions] The common acute abdomen while pregnancy is acute appendicitis. The operation indications shouldn＇t be changed even if pregnancy, but the safty of the mother and fetus is still considered.
