摘　　要：中期票据市场的启动在我国金融业引起强烈反响。本文从国内外关于中期票据的定义出发,剖析了我国中期票据的金融创新之处,介绍了成熟市场中期票据发行的准备工作和参与者职责,解读了我国中期票据市场的管理规则,总结了我国推出此业务的重要意义,分析了它会给银行业带来的影响,最后针对银行业提出大力推进此业务的政策建议。The intense reflection is stirred with the startup of medium-term notes （MTN）. Started with the definition of MTN, this paper analyzes the innovation of China MTN, introduces the issuing prepare work and participants duties in developed markets, interoperates the regulations in China＇s MTN market. Then it summarizes the important significant of MTN and its affection on banking industry. Finally, some policy advice is given.
